Position Overview: As a remote Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, booking, and organizing their dream vacations. Your passion for travel, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will be essential in ensuring clients have a seamless and memorable journey. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team and help us continue to deliver extraordinary travel experiences.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States (or be a US citizen)
• Must be fluent in English and able to effectively communicate with clients
• Reliable internet access and smart phone, computer or laptop

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs, preferences, budget and recommending travel options accordingly
• Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities, using industry tools and resources
• Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, confirmations, and payments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication, timely follow-ups, and personalized service
• Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and regulations to provide clients with accurate and relevant information
